Full-bodied and chewy, this Cabernet shows it’s colors as essences of dark raspberry and cedar waft to your nose, while bits cassis, licorice and leather hug the palate.  This fruit-driven Dry Creek Cabernet is packed with fleshy tannins finishing with hints of dark cherry, cocoa and forest notes.

The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks.
