Fleshy and spicy! Rich fragrances of cassis, cola and chocolate truffle lead to a silky-textured core of plum and currant jam on the palate. This full-figured Zinfandel finishes with cherry, vanilla bean and hints of allspice.

The grapes were hand-harvested and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfined.
