Luscious flavors of pears, honeysuckle and melon lead the way to butterscotch and citrus notes in the mouth.  This delightfully crisp Chardonnay finishes with spice, roasted almonds with hints of vanilla.

The grapes were hand-harvested and the juice was barrel fermented in 50% new French oak barrels for 22 months sur lees utilizing indigenous yeast. Thirty-five percent of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation.
